How an order gets from your register to the TV.

Pickup Signal sits beside the register and kitchen you already run. It adds one thing: a live order-ready board customers can see. Here is the whole path, and what you can try right now.

Pickup Signal is a customer-facing pickup board for made-to-order counters. It shows each order's name or number on a TV as staff move it from making to ready, so nobody has to ask. Connect Square, Clover or Toast, or have staff add orders from any register. $19.99 per location per month.

An order arrives

Three ways, pick any mix:

  • MANUALManual entry on any register. Type a name or ticket number, tap Add. About two seconds. Manual entry →
  • CONNECTConnect your register. Square connects in a few clicks, and eligible orders appear with the customer's name and items the moment they're rung up. Clover connects with an API token from your Clover dashboard, and orders appear within about a minute. Toast connects with API credentials from Toast Web plus an Orders webhook, and orders appear as Toast sends them.

The TV updates

The name moves to Ready on the board above, the same second. Customers wait where they can see it instead of at the handoff.

  • First name + last initial, or number only
  • Estimated waits from your prep times and staffing
  • Uncollected orders move to "see staff" on your timer
  • Power cut or dropped Wi-Fi: it comes back and catches up
