How it works

From order to pickup screen in three steps.

Pickup Signal sits beside the register and kitchen workflow you already use. It gives customers one live view of what is being made and what is ready.

The setup

A few clicks, six characters, one tap.

The workflow stays small because Pickup Signal is not another register or kitchen system.

1

Choose how orders arrive

Connect Square so eligible orders appear automatically, or choose name, ticket-number, or automatic-number entry for a manual counter.

See manual entry →
2

Pair the screen

Open the TV page on the device, then type its six-character code into the owner dashboard. No dedicated screen purchase is required.

Read the device guide →
3

Run the handoff

Staff tap Ready when an order reaches pickup. The name or number moves to the Ready side until it is collected.

See the customer layer →

What does not change

Keep the register. Keep the kitchen. Clarify the handoff.

Pickup Signal handles

  • The customer-facing Making and Ready view
  • Board branding and layout
  • Screen pairing and flexible screen roles
  • Staff Ready and Picked up actions
  • Square order capture or fast manual entry

Your existing systems handle

  • Payments and refunds
  • Kitchen production
  • Menu and modifier management
  • Marketplace dispatch and driver tracking
  • Register receipts and accounting

Put one clear answer on the wall.

Pair the screen during your next shift. If it does not make the pickup counter calmer, turn it off.
